Multi-Agency Crackdown 

July 7, 2024 – San Bernardino Police Department officials report that recently, the San Bernardino County Auto Theft Task Force completed a multi-agency, multi-location search warrant throughout three counties.

In total:

$8,000,000 of stolen cargo was recovered

$325,000 was recovered

20 rifles and handguns were seized

1 working meth lab

48 Gallons of liquid methamphetamine

425 pounds of methamphetamine

20 stolen vehicles

51 arrests were made and booked for numerous felonies related to train burglaries, conspiracy, vin-switched stolen vehicles, meth lab, meth for sales, child endangerment, and assault weapons.
