October 5, 2024 – San Diego County Sheriff's Office officials report that they are looking for a missing adult named Jacob Wray, who is in need of medical attention.

He was last seen in the area of Live Oak Park Road and North Ridge Road, Fallbrook.

We are searching for a Black male adult, 18 years old, black hair, brown eyes, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 135 lbs., wearing black pants with a red hoodie and beanie.
