Update: Homicide Vista
November 13, 2024 – San Diego County Sheriff’s Office officials report that 24-year-old Kevin Omar Ramirez has been 
arrested in connection with the homicide that occurred in the City of Vista January 5th, 2023.
On November 10, 2024, Ramirez was arrested, on a Homicide Warrant, related to this case, by Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agents at the San Ysidro Port of Entry.
Ramirez was booked into the San Diego Central Jail for 187(a)PC – Murder of 39-year-old Oscar Rodriguez.
