Illegal Dumping Arrest 

January 12, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on Friday, January 10, 2025, at 9:52 p.m., deputies from the Lake Mathew’s Sheriff Station responded to the area of Lake Mathews Road and Estelle Mountain regarding two dump trucks illegally dumping concrete and debris near that location.

Upon arrival, deputies located the two suspected dump trucks and conducted an enforcement stop of the two vehicles. During the investigation, the two drivers were identified as the suspects, 32-year-old Delfino Cervantes and Marcelo Lozada, a 24-year-old resident of Santa Ana, were arrested and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center for Illegal Dumping.

Deputies are working with code enforcement to remove the concrete and debris that was illegally dumped.
