February 8, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that detectives from the Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance in locating at risk missing person, David Phalen. He is a 47-year-old White male who was last seen on February 4, 2025, at approximately 7:15 p.m. on the 1000 block of North Rowan Avenue, in the city of Los Angeles.

Mr. Phalen is 6’02” tall, 200 lbs. with gray/blue short hair, beard, and hazel eyes.  He was last seen wearing a lavender t-shirt and dark pants.

Mr. Phalen has a medical condition that requires daily medication and his family is concerned for his well-being.
