Arrest Made in Paramount: Suspect Apprehended After Armed Robbery 

February 12, 2025 – Lakewood Sheriff's Station officials report that last month deputies made an arrest in the city of Paramount following a robbery at the local Walmart.

The suspect stole items from the store and, when confronted by employees, pointed a firearm at them before fleeing the scene. Employees quickly provided a detailed description of the suspect, suspect vehicle and his last known location.

A deputy swiftly located the suspect’s vehicle, a white truck, traveling southbound on Lakewood Boulevard. Deputies conducted a felony traffic stop, detained the suspect and recovered the firearm used inside the vehicle.
