February 12, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that Sheriff Luna, along with the Homicide Bureau is seeking the public’s help in locating the suspect(s) responsible for the murder of Raejonette Morgan. A $10,000 reward is being offered by the Board of Supervisors for information leading to the identification and arrest of those involved in her murder.

On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at approximately 7:45 p.m. the victim was shot and killed in her white Mercedes as she approached the 105 freeway on ramp. The suspects’ vehicle drove up next to the Mercedes on the driver’s side and shot the victim several times causing the Mercedes to crash into the corner of Vermont Avenue and 105 Freeway on-ramp. The Suspect vehicle continued south on Vermont Avenue.
