UPDATE: Lethal Force Encounter Investigation Continues as Investigators Determine Brown is a Resident at the Incident Location
February 27, 2025 – San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department officials report that investigators interviewed Elijah Brown and 
confirmed he lived at the residence.
Investigators have still not been able to interview the other involved parties to date.
Additional information will be released when it becomes available.
The Sheriff’s Specialized Investigations Division also responded and assumed the investigation. Brown’s involvement is unknown at this time as he has not been interviewed. The investigation is ongoing.
