Armed Robbery Series Suspects Arrested 

February 27, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on February 3, 2025, at 8:20 p.m., Perris Sheriff’s Station deputies responded to the 1700 block of Rider Street in Perris regarding a report of an armed robbery. Deputies learned the victim listed items for sale via e-commerce platforms and arranged to meet with the buyer on Rider Street. After presenting the item for sale, the victim was robbed at gunpoint by three male suspects. Deputies checked the area for the suspects but were unable to locate them. Between February 3 and February 24, 2025, another armed robbery and a grand theft with similar circumstances occurred within the city of Perris and San Jacinto.

The Riverside County Gang Task Force Region 6 (GTF-6) assumed the investigation and identified the suspects. It was determined all four incidents were committed by the same ring of juvenile suspects. An additional armed robbery occurred on February 25, 2025. During the robbery, one of the suspects fired several shots in the direction of the victims but did not strike any of them. Deputies arrived and arrested both suspects, and recovered two semi-automatic pistols used during the robbery.

GTF-6 obtained search warrants for multiple locations within the cities of Perris, Moreno Valley, and Romoland. In collaboration with GTF-7, the Perris Sheriff’s Station Investigation Bureau, and the Perris Special Enforcement Team, the search warrants were served, and two additional juvenile suspects were arrested in connection to the robberies. Evidence linking the suspects to the crime and an additional semi-automatic pistol were seized during the search warrants. All four juveniles were booked into juvenile hall for robbery, burglary, and weapons charges.
