March 8, 2025 – San Diego County Sheriff's Office officials ask if you have seen 74-year-old Joel Brisker? On Friday, March 7, around 12:30 p.m., he walked away from his assisted living home located in the 2000 block of W. Vista Way in the city of Vista.

Brisker has dementia and suffers from a medical condition that requires medication twice daily. While he has no family in the area, Brisker knows how to use public transit.

Brisker stands around 5'11” tall and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown eyes and short black hair. Brisker was last seen wearing a brown vintage style San Diego Padres ball cap, grey bomber jacket and dark colored jeans.
