Update Saturday Morning at 6:15 A.M.: Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Missing Person Unit is advising James Cash Astuto (1 year old) and his mother, Stephanie Monique Ramos have been located.
Thank you to the public, the media, Aero Bureau, and deputy personnel for their tireless efforts in the search for James and Stephanie.

March 14, 2025 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Industry Station is asking for the public’s help locating Critical Missing Juvenile, James Astuto (1-year-old) and his mother, Stephanie Monique Ramos (35-year-old). They were last seen on the 2000 block of Dela Street, in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles (Bassett) on March 8, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

James is a Hispanic male, 3’00” tall, and 30 lbs. with blue eyes, and brown hair. Last worn clothing unknown. Stephane is a Hispanic female, 5’02” tall, 155 lbs., with brown hair, and brown eyes. Last worn clothing unknown.

There is concern for their well-being.
