March 30, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report on Sunday, March 30, 2025, deputies from the Robert Presley Detention Center found an unresponsive male in a riverside county sheriff logohousing unit cell. Custody staff and jail medical personnel immediately administered life-saving measures. Paramedics responded and assumed life-saving measures. However, he was ultimately pronounced deceased.

Investigators from The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office Corrections Central Investigations unit responded and assumed the investigation. The inmate has been identified as 49-year-old Stephen Alan Frost of Riverside. There were no signs of foul play.
