Update: Missing Person in Unincorporated El Cajon
April 30, 2025 – San Diego County Sheriff's Office officials report that unfortunately, the body of 53-year-old Michelle E. Moden was located on Sunday, April 27 in the Harbison Canyon area of unincorporated El Cajon. The cause of her death is under investigation.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) is handling the investigation. If anyone has any information about the case, please contact the CHP's Border Division Major Crimes Unit at (858) 944-6300.
