May 17, 2025 – Yuba City Police Department officials report that on May 8, 2025, at approximately 7:00 A.M. (0700 hours) - Yuba Sutter Narcotic and Gang Enforcement Task Force (NET-5), with the assistance of Butte Interagency Narcotics Task Force (BINTF), and Yuba City Police Department executed a search warrant on Elizabeth Knoop and her residence at 1439 Wendell Wy., in Yuba City.

During the execution of the search warrant, NET-5 Agents located an active DMT drug lab. The lab consisted of (4) five-gallon buckets of plant material being processed into N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT), and all of the necessary equipment and chemicals to manufacture DMT.

NET-5 Agents and Yuba City Police Investigators later located and arrested Elizabeth Knoop in the 1100 block of Plumas St. in Yuba City.

Elizabeth Knoop was arrested for 11379.6(a) H&S (Manufacturing a Controlled Substance), 11395(a) H&S (Possession of a Controlled Substance), and 30305(a)(l) PC (Unlawful Possession of Ammunition).
