Arrests Made in Attempted Murder Investigation 

May 21, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on March 30, 2025, deputies from the Southwest Sheriff Station responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call in the area of Old Town Front Street and 3rd Street, Temecula.

Deputies located an adult male victim with stab wounds. The unknown suspects fled the scene. The victim was treated at a local hospital and later released. Southwest Sheriff’s Station investigators responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.

Following an extensive investigation by the Southwest Investigations Bureau, investigators identified the suspects as 28-year-old Kevin Vo of Rocklin (photo not available) and 32-year-old Ivan Isayev of Murrieta (pictured). Arrest warrants were obtained for the suspects.

On May 20, with the assistance of the Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force, the Rocklin Police Department, and the Roseville Police Department, Vo was apprehended in the Rocklin area. Southwest Station investigators traveled to Rocklin and served a search warrant on Vo’s residence with the assisting agencies. Vo was booked into Placer County jail and will be extradited to Riverside County.

Isayev was apprehended in the city of Murrieta by the Riverside Sheriff Special Enforcement Bureau. Personnel from the Southwest Sheriff’s Station served two search warrants related to this case in Murrieta. Isayev was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
