Arrest of Vandalism Suspect 

June 23, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff's Office officials report that on June 11, 2025, the Southwest Sheriff’s Station riverside county sheriff logoCommunity Outreach Resource and Engagement (CORE) Team began investigating multiple reports of graffiti vandalism. The vandalism incidents occurred at numerous locations along Temecula Parkway, as well as Patricia Birdsall Park in Temecula.

An additional act of vandalism was reported on June 16, 2025, in the 32400 block of Temecula Parkway. During the course of the investigation, the CORE Team identified the vandalism suspect as 18-year-old Declan Quinn Ryan, a resident of Temecula.

On June 17, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m., a search warrant was executed at Ryan’s residence.  Ryan was arrested without incident and booked on felony vandalism charges.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office reminds the community to remain alert and report any suspicious activity immediately. For non-emergency reports, contact Sheriff’s Dispatch at (951) 776-1099.
