Narcotics Investigation Leads to Arrest in Swan Canyon 

August 11, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that following an anonymous tip, our Narcotics Detectives launched an investigation into suspected drug activity in the Swan Canyon neighborhood in Mid-City Division.

There, they located a male suspect with multiple active warrants for sex crimes.

Inside the home, detectives found:

• Heroin
• Fentanyl
• Methamphetamine
• Cocaine
• A loaded firearm
• Ammunition

The suspect was arrested and booked into county jail on numerous narcotics and firearm-related charges.
