Missing Person - Maria Alvarez Mercado 

August 27, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on August 24, 2025, around 4:00 p.m., Maria Alvarez-Mercado was reported missing from her residence near the 4800 block of Wightman Street in San Diego. Due to a medical condition, she is considered at risk.

Maria is described as a Hispanic female, 62 years old, 5'0" tall, approximately 124 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tank-top style shirt and black camouflage pants.
