Burglary Suspects Arrested 

September 15, 2025 – Riverside County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on September 10, 2025, at approximately riverside county sheriff logo12:03 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Sheriff’s Station responded to a reported burglary in the 21000 block of S. Neighbours Boulevard. Upon arrival, deputies discovered the front door of the victim’s residence was ajar and located evidence to indicate a burglary had occurred. With assistance from the Colorado River Station Special Enforcement Team, deputies secured the area and conducted a thorough search.

During the investigation, deputies located an abandoned house just south of the original crime scene. Stolen property from the burglary was observed inside the residence. Concerned about potential trespassers, deputies established a perimeter and issued commands for anyone inside to exit.

Two individuals exited the abandoned house and were identified as 31-year-old Barbara Eubanks and 29-year-old Streety Young, both residents of Blythe. Items connected to the burglary were also located and recovered.
Eubanks and Young were arrested and booked into Blythe Jail on charges of burglary, possession of stolen property, and trespassing.

The Colorado River Sheriff’s Station continues to encourage residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity in their neighborhoods.
