September 24, 2025 – San Diego Police Department officials report that on September 22nd, 2025, Kenneth Parks Sims was reported as missing.

Kenneth was last seen on foot in the area of Mission Blvd. and Thomas Ave. in Northern San Diego.

Kenneth is considered missing AT-RISK.

Kenneth is described as an 81-year-old White male, with gray hair, gray mustache, blue eyes, 5’6” tall, and about 150 lbs.

He was last seen near a bus stop wearing a maroon-colored shirt, dark gray hooded zip up sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a gray baseball hat.
