At-Risk Missing Person 

November 7, 2025 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials report on at-risk missing person Jimmy Xiao Guan.  Mr. Guan is 46 years old, 5’9” tall, and 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt, blue sweatpants, and black shoes, near Calvine Road and Elk Grove Florin Road in South Sacramento around 11:20 A.M.

Mr. Guan is considered at risk due to a medical condition.
