January 25, 2026 – San Diego Police Department officials report that they are asking for the public’s help locating 28-year-old David Sparks, reported missing on January 21, 2026. He was last seen around 5:00 p.m. in the area of 11800 Avenue of Industry in Carmel Mountain Ranch and is considered at risk.

Sparks is a White male with dark blond hair and blue eyes, 5’11”, about 185 pounds, and is known to use the alias “Cody Sands,” last seen wearing a black hoodie and khaki shorts.
