Detectives Searching for Additional Victims in Hate Crime and Assault Case 

February 20, 2026 – Los Angeles Police Department officials report that detectives from the Rampart Division have identified the following suspect in the involved case:

LAPD Thomas 600
WANTED: Paul Alan Thomas

DOB: November 29th, 2002
Black, Male, 5’10”, 140 LBS

Detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating and arresting Paul Alan Thomas.

Update: Suspect-2 was identified and arrested by Rampart Detectives on May 27, 2025. Samuel Parros (booking #7022252) was booked for 245(A)(1) PC – Assault w/ a Deadly Weapon, Not a Firearm, w/ Great Bodily Injury. Parros was still in Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department custody during the assault on May 31, 2025.

June 1, 2025 Update: On May 31, 2025, around 11:38 p.m., the suspects, believed to be the same individuals involved in the April 8, 2025, incident, returned to the victim’s location and physically assaulted her, inflicting serious injuries. The suspects fled the scene before officers arrived.
