3/28/26 Update Per Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department: Missing Persons Detail is advising Sandrene “Sandy” Palmer has been found.

March 28, 2026 – Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials report that the Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating missing person, Sandrene "Sandy" Palmer. She is a 35-year-old, Black female who was last seen on March 15, 2026, at 8:00 a.m., on the 8600 block of Whittier Boulevard, in the city of Pico Rivera.
Ms. Palmer is 4’11” tall, 150 lbs., with long black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dress and knee-high boots. She may be driving a burgundy Hyundai Sonata with CA plate #9TOK450.
