At-Risk Missing Person 

April 4, 2026 – Sutter County Sheriff’s Department officials are asking for the public’s help locating at-risk missing person Cynthia Esmeralda Hughes.  She is a 44-year-old female who is 5’8 tall and weighs 135 pounds and is at risk because of being diabetic and insulin dependent.

She was last seen driving a silver 2015 Ford 150 truck hauling a black trailer. License plate: 18993W1.
