9 Arrested in Stabler Lane Shooting
April 17, 2026 – Yuba City Police Department officials report that on July 29, 2025, at approximately
2:54 a.m., officers responded to a shots-fired call in the 1600 block of Stabler Lane. More than 90 rounds were fired into an occupied home while six people were inside. A neighboring home was also struck, including a round that entered just above a sleeping resident’s head.
Officers recovered 95 shell casings from multiple calibers. Surveillance video showed several suspects exiting a vehicle and firing at the residence before fleeing. Despite the extreme violence, no injuries were reported.
This case did not stop with the initial response. Detectives continued working for months—serving search warrants, analyzing phone and social media data, and reviewing digital evidence—ultimately identifying those responsible.
Between February and April 2026, nine suspects were arrested with the assistance of NET-5 and partner agencies. All are being charged with attempted murder and gang-related offenses.
Adult suspects:
- Dominick Martinez (20) – Marysville
- Daniel Martinez (19) – Marysville-Linda
- Jose Gonzales (19) – Olivehurst
- Raymond Hernandez (19) – Marysville-Linda
- Isaiah Dixon (19) – Olivehurst
- Iseah Lopez (20) – Yuba City
Additional arrests:
- Two 18-year-old males (juveniles at the time of the crime)
- One 17-year-old male
Detectives also recovered six firearms believed to be connected to the shooting.

This investigation highlights the persistence of our detectives and the strong teamwork with our partners, including the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office, NET-5, Placer County Probation, the California DOJ, Yuba County Probation Department, and the Sutter County DA’s Office.
Gun violence and gang-related violence will not be tolerated in Yuba City. We will do whatever it takes to identify those responsible and hold them accountable.
