Search Warrant/Narcotics Sales Arrest in Vista
April 19, 2026 – San Diego County Sheriff’s Office officials report that on February 26, investigators from the Sheriff's Narcotics & Gangs Division served a search warrant at two locations in the City of Vista as part of a months-long narcotics trafficking investigation. One location was a residence on the 1600 block of Rush Avenue and the other was the Premium Barber Lounge located on the 700 block of E. Vista Way.
As a result of the warrant service and subsequent search of both locations, about 2.14 pounds of cocaine, four firearms, high-capacity magazines, drug sales indicia, firearm parts, ammunition and over $27,000 in cash were seized.
The suspected business owner, Christian Magana (34), was arrested and booked into the Vista Detention Facility for felony narcotics sales-related charges.
