June 24, 2026 – Monterey County Sheriff’s Office officials report that the Coroner Office has released the Monterey SO press release identities of the two victims involved in a double homicide that occurred in the City of Greenfield on June 22, 2026.

The victims have been identified as:

Elizabeth Saavedra, 32 years old, of Soledad

Aldo Juan Mandujano, 26 years old, of King City

The Monterey County Sheriff’s Coroner Office extends its condolences to the families and loved ones of both victims during this difficult time.

Any further inquiries regarding the circumstances of the investigation should be directed to the Greenfield Police Department, which is the lead agency investigating this case.
