July 9, 2026 – ALISO VIEJO, CA – Orange County Sheriff's Department officials report that on Monday, June Orange County Sheriff Dept logo22, shortly before 6:00 p.m., deputies responded to a possible assault call on the Aliso Creek Trail in Aliso Viejo.

The female victim reported that an adult male grabbed her from behind, pulled her, and touched her thighs and buttocks.

Using investigative techniques, the suspect was located, identified by the victim, and arrested. Kevin David Donis-arevalo, 30, of Laguna Hills, was booked into the Orange County Jail for PC 243.4(a) Sexual Battery and PC 207(a) Kidnapping on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
