Fatal Traffic Collision 

July 19, 2026 – Ventura County Sheriff's Office officials report that on July 18, 2026, at approximately 2:20 A.M. (0220 hours), Camarillo patrol units responded to the 3900 block of Las Posas Road for the report of an injury traffic collision. Upon arrival, deputies located an E-Bike in the #1 lane of east bound Las Posas Road and a single adult male in the center divider near the E-Bike. Deputies immediately rendered aid and requested medical assistance.

Paramedics and Firefighters arrived a short time later and performed life saving measures. The male adult succumbed to his injuries.
