At-Risk Missing Person 

July 27, 2026 – Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office officials report that they are seeking the public’s help locating an at-risk missing person Richard Oliver, 66 years old, 5’4”, approximately 170 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray shirt, dark gray or black pants, white shoes, and yellow socks.

He was last seen at approximately 2:30 A.M. walking northbound on Manzanita Avenue toward Fair Oaks Boulevard. He was reported missing hours later after staff discovered he had removed a security bracelet that would have alerted them when he left the facility.

Richard is considered at risk due to dementia. He is not familiar with the area and has no known family nearby.
