August 20, 2021 – The Plumas County Office of Emergency Services announce opening of local assistance center for residents affected by the Dixie Fire and the Beckwourth Fire.

The Local Assistance Center is operating today and tomorrow at 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. for evacuees at 1446 East Main Street next to the Plumas County Sheriff's Office.

The sheriff has said they have some resources already up at www.plumascounty.us and they will continue to work on updating and reorganizing the website for easy navigation.
