November 15, 2017 - On Monday, October 23, Ares Goodman, Owen Eastwood, Echo Solis-White, Addison Russell, and Atticus Yu (pictured l-r) were some of the Sierra Foothill Charter School students who stayed cozy in their pajamas all day, active participants in Red Ribbon Week. Red Ribbon Week is an annual national campaign to encourage children to make healthy choices and stay away from illegal drugs and alcohol. In our county, Mariposa Safe Families teams up with the Sheriff's Office and public schools. Students came up with a different theme for each day of the week and then dress in that theme to show their support. Monday's theme was: "Follow your dreams, don't do drugs!"
