The checks allow Mrs. Wendy Baumann (second from left) to buy special science curriculum for her first and second graders; Mrs. Chivonne Wilde (third from left) to buy fiction for her seventhand eighth graders; and Ms. Teena Starchman (right) to buy books and CDs focused on each "Artist of the Month" her second and third graders are learning about as inspiration for their own artwork.
