September 19, 2018 - During the high school swim team's off season, the Mariposa County High School Grizzly Swimmers spent spring and summer training and competing with the Yosemite Marlins Swim Club, the year-round swim club in the mountains, for the Central California Swimming long course season.
The Marlins Swim Club recently competed at the 2018 Central California Swimming Junior Olympics Long Course Championships. The team placed 7th out of 25 teams.
Seven of the swimmers on the Yosemite Marlins Swim Club are from Mariposa, CA. and six are on the Mariposa County High School Grizzly Swim Team.
