November 6, 2018 - All Democrats are invited to attend a monthly meeting on Saturday, November 10, 9:45 a.m., at Miner’s Roadhouse located at 5159 Hwy. 140. Instead of a guest speaker, this month the meeting will be a time for Democrats to celebrate and discuss the mid-term elections.

With many important Congressional races throughout the country there will be much to chew over. Several key state governorships will be analyzed in addition to a number of Senate races.

This election marks the direction the country will move in during the coming two years and if there are any tears to shed, they can be shed together, and everyone can commiserate. Fellowship is important to everyone and it is always good to find fellow human beings who have similar feelings.

While the official meeting begins at 9:45 a.m., if anyone is interested in ordering breakfast for themselves, they should plan to arrive at 9:00 a.m. As always, free coffee and water will be offered, and this meeting is free to attend. A bucket is passed around for donations to help defray the cost of the room.

This gathering is sponsored by the local Mariposa Democratic Club, but everyone is invited to attend. The meeting will conclude between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. and the Mariposa Democratic Central Committee will meet immediately after in the same room.
