December 9, 2018 - Washington - Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) last week released the following statement urging President Trump to listen to the Jamal Khashoggi tape and hold Dianne FeinsteinCrown Prince Mohammed bin Salman accountable for his role in the murder:

“There really is no doubt that Jamal Khashoggi was killed by a hit team led by a close advisor of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the crown prince was complicit in the act. This horrific crime cannot be ignored. It must be met with the strongest disapproval from world leaders.

“It’s extremely troubling that this barbaric murder was committed in the Saudi consulate in Turkey. To my knowledge, a formal diplomatic facility has never been used to kill and dismember a dissident on foreign soil. This is a complete affront to the diplomatic order.

“If we don’t hold the crown prince responsible, it will set a horrible precedent. This action must be met with the strongest condemnation by our president. I urge him to review all available intelligence, including the audio tape, and forcefully respond.”
