February 21, 2019 - The Mariposa County Sheriff Deputies along with CALFIRE and Mariposa County Fire responded to a house fire during the near white out snow conditions late Wednesday evening.

The house located off Highway 49 South between Usona Rd. and Stumpfield Mountain Rd. is considered a total loss.

The fires cause has not been determined yet.

All occupants of the house were able to get out safely.
