SFCS kids first
March 15, 2019 - Patti Reilly and Rick Uebner delivered a Kids First grant award in the name of Pat Reilly to Sierra Foothill Charter School teacher Teena Starchman. Pat was a lover of music and Teena's $475 grant will purchase nine student keyboards and one teacher's keyboard for her classroom. "Thanks to Kids First, my students will be able to learn how to play two instruments before they enter fifth grade!" said Ms. Starchman. She currently teaches her students to play the ukulele and now will add keyboards to their repertoires. Fantastic!
