April 12, 2019 - Manna House, a non-profit organization that provides emergency food to all in need, is the most recent recipient of a $500 donation from Soroptimist International of Mariposa.
Soroptimist is an international volunteer organization working to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.

In addition to participating in international projects, the Mariposa Club achieves this mission locally by giving scholarships to graduating seniors, presenting monetary awards to women that are the heads of their households seeking further education, and donating funds and services to organizations, including Mountain Crisis, Helping Hands, and the John C. Fremont Hospital Foundation.
