Case 35, Identified 7/15/2020.

53 year old male. This case has recovered* and is connected to case 30.

*This case has been in quarantine, the test results were delayed.

Avoid large gatherings, wear a face covering, and practice good hand hygiene and maintain social distance.

We can all do this by avoiding large gatherings, wearing a cloth face covering, and practicing good hand hygiene.

Avoid those who are sick, continue to socially distance, and avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

In addition, recognize symptoms early, stay home if you are sick, and cover your coughs and sneezes.

SYMPTOMS AND TESTING:
Who should Test: Fever, cough, shortness of breath. 
Emergency warning signs include: Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, persistent pain or pressure in the chest, confusion or inability to arouse, bluish lips or face. If you develop emergency warning signs for COVID-19 get medical attention immediately. * This list is not all inclusive. Please consult your medical provider for any other symptoms that are severe or concerning. Please call ahead so that appropriate precautions can be taken.

Older patients and individuals who have severe underlying medical conditions or those with immunocompromised: contact your healthcare provider early, even if your illness is mild

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:
 Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for 20 seconds.
 Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth with unwashed hands.
 Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
 Stay away from work, school or other people if you become sick with respiratory symptoms such as fever and cough.
 Cover sneezes or coughs with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
