* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with local gusts up to 45
  mph possible over exposed ridges and in northeast to southwest
  oriented canyons.

* WHERE...The foothills and higher elevations of the Sierra in
  Mariposa County, Madera County and Fresno County.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 AM PST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects,
  down trees and power lines.
