The National Weather Service in Hanford CA has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for Poor Drainage Areas
  for...
  Western Mariposa County in central California...
  Southwestern Tuolumne County in northern California...
  Madera County in central California...
  Kings County in central California...
  Merced County in central California...
  Northwestern Tulare County in central California...
  Fresno County in central California...

* Until 245 PM PST.

* At 1145 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
  urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas
  will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Radar
  estimated half to one inch of rain has already fallen.

Additional rainfall rates of 0.3 to 0.5 inch per hour will be
possible over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
