May 13, 2021 - Madera County Sheriff’s Detectives have identified a suspect in yesterday’s stabbing incident that occurred in the area of Road 427 and Road 426 in Oakhurst. They have also determined this was not a random act of violence, but appears to have stemmed from a dispute between parties known to each other.

Destinee Annette Harner,19, has been named as a suspect in this case.

Nehemiah Everett Dick,19, is currently a person of interest who is wanted for questioning related to this case.

Both subjects are outstanding. Their photos are included below (Destinee shown on left, Nehemiah on right).

MCSO is requesting the public’s assistance in locating them or identifying their whereabouts.
