June 15, 2021 - Washington, DC – Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney (R-WY) joined Congressman Richard Hudson (R-NC) and 138 of their House Republican colleagues in sending a letter to United States Attorney General Merrick Garland and Acting Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Marvin Richardson urging the Department of Justice to withdraw proposed guidance on Stabilizing Braces.
