July 28, 2021 - On 7/27/21 at approximately 1500 hours (3:00 P.M.), Merced Police Officers responded to S. Parsons Ave. and West Fall Ave. for an Assault with a vehicle.

Joshua Harris rammed his vehicle into the victim's vehicle while she and four passengers were in it. Harris continued to ram his vehicle multiple times, causing significant damage. Harris was located and arrested at Gerard Ave. and Brimmer Rd. He was booked into the Merced County Jail for Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Child Endangerment, Criminal Threats, and Spousal Abuse.
