Sierra Foothill Charter School fifth and sixth graders have been studying water in the classroom through a series of hands-on lessons. Last week, they took the lessons on the road with a field trip to Briceburg to test the water in the river and then to the water treatment facility in Mariposa where they had an excellent tour. They have a few more water-related field trips coming up.
