November 12, 2021 - The National Weather Service Hanford Office reports a Dense Fog Advisory is in effect for most of the San Joaquin Valley until 11:00 A.M. Friday morning, resulting in a very high transportation risk.

Highways affected include, but are not limited to Highway 99 Highway 41, Highway 43, Highway 152, Highway 180, and Highway 198 from Lemoore to Visalia.

A Dense Fog Advisory means that visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter of a mile. If driving, slow down, use low beam headlights, and keep plenty of distance between your vehicle and the vehicle in front of you.

* WHAT...Visibilities in dense fog ranging from 800 feet to as
  low as 200 feet.

* WHERE...The majority of the San Joaquin Valley east of
  Interstate 5.

* WHEN...Valid until 11 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways affected include, but are not
  limited to Highway 99, Highway 41, Highway 43, Highway 152,
  Highway 180, and Highway 198 from Lemoore to Visalia.
