February 17, 2022 - A driver was arrested after attracting the attention of Mono County Sheriff's Office’s finest while incidentally exposing himself to traffic on US 395. The Deputy detected the odor of alcohol and a CHP Supervisor and Officer responded.

After investigation it was determined the driver was well under the influence of alcohol and arrested for DUI and an open container of alcohol.

A Big thank you to our brothers and sisters at Mono County Sheriff's Office for helping us keep the highways free of drunk drivers. Also a reminder it’s not exactly polite or inherently legal to expose one’s genitals to passing traffic during an emergency bathroom break.
