Students, including Emily Estrada, walked down the center aisle and then turned to face their families and friends before taking their seats to the side of the stage.
Students, including Trinity Owens, shook hands with Instructional Aide Dana Swarth, Principal Alfonso Garagarza, and Teacher Jill Harry before posing with their certificate.
Five students, including Judith Phillips, chose to give speeches. They were touching and very well received.
After the official picture with certificates, students had fun setting off poppers with streamers inside.
Students then posed for pictures with friends and family. Kayla Enger and Jessica Milazzo hug in front of the wonderful poster made by Erika Miranda's fifth and sixth graders, signed by all the students.Friends and family enjoyed refreshments, the excitement of the morning, and each other's company for a long time after the event.
